If in person service isn’t available or accessible to you, we ask that you fill out our design waiver. This is the easiest way to start the process of customizing or renovating your dream home. After downloading, printing and signing the drawing sheet, we ask that you or your contractor draw a sketch of the dream layout for your desired room with dimensions included. 

Send us your complete Drawing sheet by email at info@diycabinets.com or by fax at (615) 299-0328.

You'll then send it over to us via fax or mail, and then you are done! Once we get the filled out form, we will call you to discuss correct measurements, your desired style and any additional accessories you might want. We want your design process to be as easy as possible, so be sure to take a look at the options for additional storage space and other specialty products on our affiliate brand’s websites.
